Stan and Chef share the same ball popper. You shoot the middle lane for Chef and the left lane for Stan.

No matter which lane I shoot, I get Chef. How do I go about rectifying this? I can't work out what registers a Stan shot or a Chef shot.

TIA

Try manual

Try manual pressing the switch. Does it register?

Looks like it's a duff switch so I need to source the following in this Country. Who can help: -

Also, one of the connectors for a target cable is coming apart. You need some sort of punch down tool to put the cables into it but I can't find the exact connector on the net. Have they changed them? Anyway, I could do with some of these. One for a replacement and a few spares.

Help!

Replaced the switch on my Stan. Still didn't work. Tested the points and they were fine. No breaks in the cables. Pulled the connector off the board then plugged it back in. It started working....

Why didn't I try that in the first place....

The joys of trial n error.

You'll know for next time. Learning curve(s).

First rule of pinball troubleshooting ....... reseat any connectors involved

They are always the weak link.

Pinball Club.. Rule 1. Re-seat connectors.

Rule 2 of Pinball Club.. Don't forget to do rule 1.

Rule 3 of Pinball Club.. Don't talk about it.. Go on then you're allowed too.
