Sopranos Menu Problem

I might just be missing something, but I can no longer change things in the menu, I wanted to put the adult theme back on, and the inside service button or the start button no longer installs the request ?
I then tried other things such as install 5 ball and the request does not get installed, I cant even do the factory reset as nothing seems to get installed, but the button does work fine as it makes the sound when pressed and it works when I select Quit.

Sorry please ignore this, I have solved it, not sure how, just pushed white door button switch and checked all plugs were connected and all working now.
