After taking a few bits on and off of my T2 i wondered if anyone is tempted to attach some of the more difficult or likely to need more frequent attention parts with push on connectors instead of desoldering and
re soldering each time ? if so what did you use
 
Definitely, I'm planning to isolate things like the drop target mech's with connectors whilst I re-wire my VECTOR. Molex wire-to-wire connectors using crimp terminals are common on pinball .062" and .093" terminal sizes depending on wire size. See here

You use the same tool that you crimp the Trifurcon molex terminals onto header connectors.
 
i agree the molex option is the most suitable, i just wondered if there is anything better i hadn't considered, there's been lots of innovations in the electrical industry over the last few years but i'm not familiar with electronics and low voltage
