So guys going to attempt my first re-decal on a RFM - which is the best method wet or dry. Would love to hear all of your comments.

Thanks in advance

Kev

Wet you have to wait a lot longer for the decals to adhere to the cabinet, plus even when left for ages it's much easier for the legs to wrinkled decals.
Dry is kind of one chance only but take your time and if unsure ask people in the know, get stuck in pardon the pun and you will be fine.
Watch the videos of people in the know and make sure you are in a dust free and clean area and you should be fine.
If you have doubt and you are a little scared of making a mess then get someone who does them to do it for you.
The decals are expensive and it's a one chance operation so if you are confident you will be fine but if you are scared stiff then pay someone to do it.
Good luck in whatever you decide.

Dry all day.

Wet will raise the grain of the wood, is messy, and increase the chance of wrinkles.

With dry, as long as you align the decal properly and check/double check/triple check it is in the right position and locked down and cant move, you can't go wrong.

Wet is for wussies, real men do it dry!

dry , and if the anals are really thin and flimsy you will need 2 pairs of hands

Dry all day.

Wet is messy, and increase the chance of wrinkles.

With dry, as long as you align the anal properly and check/double check/triple check it is in the right position and locked down and cant move, you can't go wrong.

Like it Gaz!!!! thanks Darren for the info as well.

May post some pics if it all goes well!!!!

Like someone has alreay pointed out, keep it dust free, once you peel away that backing it's a dust magnet.
