Found it! Small Metal In-Lane Post(s)

Hoping to idenify and see if anyone has any of the very small metal posts (or I think might even just be screws) that generally holds these inlanes up. Currently it is screwed directly into the playfield. Got them on my T2 but just can't find where to get a replacement or if anybody even has spares of these?

You can make your own.
Buy some slim metal tubing from a hardware store and cut to size.
I have done this in the past.

Yup go in a model shop or eBay you can buy it in lengths about a foot long I think b&q do some to
