Pending.. Silver Strike Bowling £500

So I brought this from Jim @myPinballs in late 23 and when it arrived it had a fault which showed the code (12 or 13) which had obviously occurred during transit. Jim diagnosed it as a faulty USB B connector on the video board (I think) and I sent him the board to repair after which it was bulletproof even being left on for 8+ hours during get togethers. Recently it has started showing the same fault again (intermittently) and while I’m certainly no expert I suspect it’s the other USB B connector adjacent to the replaced one. I fitted new “posh” cables when I originally got the machine so it’s not lightly to be them.

I really enjoy it but am literally out of room so its been relegated to my workshop where it will stay until it’s sold or I get around to sorting it out and get a boll0cking from the wife for putting it in the house!

I paid £850 but £500 takes it as is. I understand you can also get Golden Tee golf to run on this cab as it is the same.

There was a massive amount of work and new parts done to this machine to bring it back from the dead documented here…..
