Super pleased to announce that both SHINE 2019 and UKCS FINALS will be held on the Sunday 24th February at TILT in Birmingham - Doors from 9am

UKCS FINALS

UKCS FINALS will be run by @DanLewell and SHINE 2019 by @Matt Vince... UKCS Finals will be running along side SHINE tournament so there will be something for people to do before they have to play their UKCS games, or if they get knocked out of UKCS early.

Games being used will be decided nearer the time, and emails will go out to those who have qualified once we have the final standings.

SHINE 2019

After the success of 2016 and 2017's Shine Charity Pinball Competition, we are happy to announce that Matt Vince has asked Tilt to re-host the event in 2019.

Shine provides specialist support from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional care staff. Shine enables people to get the best out of life.

Matt, donate link on the Just Giving page isnt working for me, not sure why.
Anyone else having this issue? Have registered on the site for the comp fine.

Darn(!)- unlikely to have qualified for UKCS, but would have been keen to go along again and support Shine again. Unfortunately though clashes with the Ditch Pinball Museum trip.:(

Appreciate there only so many dates available do always going to be clashes!

Same here, I haven't made it to this comp yet :confused:
 
Yeah won't let me register either, and consider using BT Mydonate, we take no fees whatsoever unlike JustGiving.
 
Still can't make a payment on the Just Giving page @Matt Vince , will pay in cash on the day (along with the obligatory raffle tickets) if can't get it sorted sooner.
 
Matt's Just Giving page is now back up and running for anyone who wants to donate that way... Otherwise cash on the door is fine!

25 players registered already! Looks like its going to be a great turn out again
 
Is Tilt open as normal the day before? As it's an early start, might stay somewhere close and have a few beers and a bit of practice on the Saturday

Open till midnight on Saturdays... I can always reserve the upstairs area and we have a little pre comp drink then head out for food...

yes i was wondering if to come down on the Saturday too, like the sound of games then food sat night much more than an early sun morn! ha
 
yes i know, i was meaning i was meaning id rather have some fun on the sat night rather than hav to go bed early then have wake up super early sunday to drive down to get there in time.:)
