SF2 display dead - FIXED

Hi all,

The DMD in my SF2’s is dead Everything else is working but it plays blind.

I’ve reseated the connectors and checked the fuses, but got too scared to check the voltages when I saw they were way above the 3.3, 5 and 12 volts you get in video games...

Anything else obvious to check before I need to grow a pair? Or can anyone recommend a repair person local to Kent, please?

I've had a read of http://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Gottlieb_System_3#Power_Issues and realised that I haven't actually checked all the relevant fuses...
I'll check those and measure the voltages when I get back home.
What could possibly go wrong...!

I’ve found that one of the twist-in fuse holders isn’t latching properly (its 2 little metal ‘wings’ have snapped off).

Can someone recommend a supplier, please?

Fuse fault is common. Have replaced two on Gotts (sorry, should've posted earlier)
In-line fuse holders are handy too.

Thanks for the reply. I omitted to mention that I had just moved the machine (albeit only a few feet), so I should have guessed it was probably going to be something coming loose or snapping.
I was careful with it, but obviously not careful enough

A new fuse holder arrived last night. I've swapped it over and it's back working now
