Scared stiff

Hi all,

My scared stiff was running fine. Put a colour dmd in it today and now it doesn't boot up. Doesn't make the noise and can't start a game. There's nothing on the display even if I put the old dmd one back on. No flashing leds on the pcbs all static except the middle one bottom left.

Any suggestions?

Take a picture of the inside of the backbox please.

Sounds like a random fuse has failed or a connector was dislodged during the swap.

Check fuses - plug, main game fuse, and the rest.

Then check for a loose connector

Thanks for the replies I have reseated everything about 5 times and all of a sudden it works again! I'm not sure if it's @James replying but it's the 2nd time...

Are you going to reinstall the ColourDMD now? Simply the best SS mod.

That is the colour dmd just taken at the wrong colour....

You know I still haven't ever seen it let alone play it! :/
