My sd card keeps corrupting.

I don’t seem to be able to reflash the sd card.

What could i be doing wrong. Bearing in mind my IT skills are nil.

I’ve downloaded the HDD RAW copy tool.
Downloaded the image file.

Formatted my sd cards (tried 2 different ones both 2gb)

When I try and reflash I just get this. I’m gonna go full on Michael Douglas from Falling Down in a minute

Edit. Think I’ve sorted it. Needed to just click on the image as the source not the entire folder
