Right or wrong chips

The 6264 static ram chips I ordered from Cricklewood electronics have just arrived but they haven’t. What’s in the package is a couple of 3664 chips. Are these an equivalent or totally wrong. Ken

Well I’ve just done a pin out comparison check and it seems quite a few pin outs are different
 
I am sure i put one of the same in a Bally 6803 mpu board. My bad it was 6116..
 
It’s for a spare wpc cpu board. All my games this U8 chip is soldered straight onto the board so the only way is to use it in this spare board and swap the asic and processor chips and try it hoping it don’t bugger anything up.
