It pains me to do so, as this is the first pin I ever bought, and is what got me into the slippery slope of Pinball collecting, but it doesn't get played as much as my other machines any more, and I have to make space for another machine incoming.

So up for sale is my RFM

Plays very nicely, the only errors are bulb errors (but they are just false errors as that is where i have fitted a few LED bulbs, and the diagnostics doesn't like LED's)

I did a shop log some time ago to - link here: http://www.pinballinfo.com/community/threads/revenge-from-mars-the-shop-log.13516/

Good points:
Everything plastic has been replaced- replacement ramps, apron, and playfield kit
Metalwork has been blasted and powdercoated red
PC has been stripped, cleaned, new PSU and replacement batteries
The best LCD conversion Ive seen done on these machines incorporating mounting frame with new lamp holder, and wooden infill on the underside to adapt the shape of the hole from rounded CRT to square edged LCD
MyPinballs Saucer mod
MyPinballs Sync adapter

Bad points:
Usual knocks/scrapes, some damaged vinyl around legs (shown in photos)
PCB cover missing in bottom of cabinet
2x places where insert has chipped, but previous owner has put mylar over the top (shown in photo)

£1600 ----> £1500

Nooooo! Don't sell it! Awesome game!!

Seriously though, great price for a lot of pinball! with a lot of new parts to

This looks great. I have had my eye out for a RFM since my son (5 years old) really liked the one at Chief Coffee. Looks like you have done some great work on it.

I’m not quite ready to pull the trigger to buy one, it will be my first machine. (Have been lurking here for a while after I came back from Canada last summer where my brother has nine in his basement!)

Good thing is now - you can use a pinbox PC if the old computer ever fails. So it can be kept going for a long period of time. About 10 years ago - I scrapped two SWE1s as the PC and screen failed. Back then we had no alternative.

I love RFM - I would of bought this but I now have AFM. Would look great to have the two together!

One of the best pins in the sub £2000 price point in my opinion.

Such bad timing :-(

I had cash in savings but a house sale going through - not a chance I can buy a Pin right now.

A real shame as once i've got moved i'll be getting a Pin room sorted and i'll hopefully have space for one or two more.

Great price.

Just spent my pin stash on a classic mini (one of my madder impulse purchases) otherwise I would have had this.

I'm sure this will be sold soon.

Good, it was tempting me but I'm not sure that I should buy RFM for the 3rd time.
