Revenge from Mars

On my revenge from mars the ball shoots into play after around 15 seconds which is pretty bloody anoying.
I've gone into feature adjustments and turned it off.It still fires after about 15 secs.I've set it to 90 secs (the maxium) and it still soddin well fires the ball into play after 15 secs. Any ideas apart from set fire to it and claim on the insurance.

I changed this setting on mine too and it worked. What version software are you running?

Sounds odd, first thing I'd check is the ball launcher switch ok?

Ball launch switch appears to be ok, checked it when i got it. Not sure which version i'm running though.Not at home at the mo so i'll check tomorrow.

No, mine only puts out the one ball into the shooter lane.Its after 15 secs it fires the bugger onto the playfield whether your ready or not.

If you turn off scene select timer you can at least leave the machine on the scene select page. Maybe not quite what your after though.

Why is it taking people longer than 15 seconds to select a mode? You should be ready to play the moment you hit the start button.

Start -> Select Mode -> Hit launch (3-4 seconds maximum).

It's not like chess.

Unless you're talking about Ball 2 and Ball 3 etc? In that case it shouldn't auto launch, but should stay there forever until you hit the button to fire it.
