Not aware of any repro makers in the UK
What machine is it for ? Also why would you not use the original back glass ? Is it just in crappy condition ?

Condition is quite good but flaking a little...... going to try Plastikote acrylic clear lacquer/seal like it's been mentioned in some posts I've read.
Pin is a "Royal Guard".
I'd be surprised if you can get a repro backglass for that game but if you could then I'd guess it would have to come from the states. As you've already said, seal it to stop the flaking getting any worse and leave it at that 
From the for sale pictures the glass didn't look too bad - the one on eBay is heavily crazed in both of the opaque windows.
For the moment I'd seal down what you've got with Triple Thick any flaking bits can be stuck down by getting some TT under with weights/cling film but be patient before you try peeling it off!

Pinball Dreams in Germany has been known to make repro backglasses for people for stuff that is not copyright. Just a thought...
