I have bought from Belgium pinball before and i didn't pay 20% VAT on the price. And at the moment, nothing has changed in how we trade with other European countries. So i would say: buy in confidence.

FAO those queuing for the SWEP1, I’ve just let the seller know I’m withdrawing my interest (nothing sinister - a pin from the top of my wants list has just become available in my price range and I don’t have enough funds for both). Will edit my post above

Under same rules till December isn't it? Then it's whatever gets agreed that takes over. So quite possible 20% if a deal isn't reached.
