RBION Ball Lock Lane not kicking out at Game Over

I have scoured the manual, but it's huge! I have gone through the settings, but I can't see anything... SO:

Does anyone know why the balls that sit in the right-hand lock lane don't kick out after game over on a Ripley's? If you reset the machine, they get booted out; otherwise, they just sit there.

Mine's the same, but if you have a ball locked in there when the game starts, and you then lock 2 balls, the second is diverted to the left flipper. I assume if you have 2 in there when you start, both lock shots will go to the left flipper.

When the game is over any balls locked there are not immediately kicked out. However, after about 30 seconds maybe, they are then ejected.
