Ray Liotta: Goodfellas actor dies aged 67 as he shoots new film in Caribbean

In Goodfellas, released in 1990, Liotta played real-life mobster Henry Hill in Martin Scorcese's critically acclaimed film. Lorraine Bracco, who played Hill's wife, Karen, says she is "utterly shattered to hear this terrible news about my Ray".

Apparently he was working on a film called Cocaine Bear.

He had a bit of a strange career imo - very few lead roles, but loads of supporting roles. But also clearly very talented.

He has a leading role in Field of Dreams and that's good, well worth a watch, but struggling to think of anything really standout as a lead other than that and Goodfellas.
