Quite new to the forum and owned my first pinball a year.

I am retired and I am loving the hobby which takes me back to my youth, I also find it is really helping me improve my hand eye coordination as a bonus. I bought a Jaws pro just over a year ago and recently added a Jurassic Park Pro.
I am interested to know if you turn off your machines after you have finished a few games or leave then turned on?

Off, always off. The heat builds up and it doesn’t do good.

Off, I’m never in a rush to just boot them up again. Jaws has a bit of an annoying fan noise from time to time in attract mode as well, so rather not have to listen to that

I have some pinball monk silent fans left over if anyone needs them fitting to stop the annoying noise

I have always turned mine off but was not sure if this was the correct thing to do tbh, but seems like it is.
Yes I have noticed the fan noise and it is a bit annoying, so turn ou the volume, but then I have the wife saying turn it down lol..
I haven't come across the silent fans before, sounds like a good idea!

Thankfully Stern have fixed the design now, from Kong onwards the fans are pretty much silent
