Questions about Flipper Zero

After you asked, I read a bit about them.
It appears that most of the features can be done by the onboard controls but you need to input them.
They seem good for people who want to learn more about how RFID, infra-red and things like Wi-Fi work under the hood.
They could then be used to cause mischief. People use to build small devices to rapidly broadcast IR off messages and turn off all the TV in shops. I expect this can do that and other things across the different protocols it can support.

Wi-Fi looks like an extension board, that may need programming via the onboard ESP32. Odd, that it isn’t integrated when Wi-Fi is now a basic function in most tech. But as a teaching tool, it seems like it takes the Flipper to the next level of learning.

Reminds me of when i used to go to some of the old Amiga shows and exhibitors used to have big walls of old CRT TV's. We used to delight in taking one of those all-in-one remotes, and switching them all off in one hit (we were of course sat innocently in the bar opposite having a beer).... and watching the companies all scrabble about to find their remotes (whch were always under massive piles of other stuff).
Oh the delights of being 16 :D
