Question for the arcade, mame, emulator guys

I stumbled across this on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/302172640842 which I thought was cool. Then it dawned on me it's only actually cost him about 60 max. Which got me thinking surely I can do this on my pc and play it through my TV? Next step what programs is he using and where can I get it all? I've not got a clue

yes easily enough if your pc has dvi/hdmi output or your tv has vga/dvi input.

are a good start or just search for a torrent of already bundled software.

Bit more work if your pc or tv doesnt have the connectors but still simple enough

Yeah just found all my megadrive faves didn't realise they were so easy to find. Just need a joypad trip down town tomoz me thinks
