Any advice appreciated. I have a Elvira HOH I have just purchased. It has a code 1.03 and on checking the Stern website the latest code is 1.12.
I have downloaded the file to a USB using both a Android phone and most recently a Apple Mac but on inserting the USB to the advised input behind the glass screen the pin does not recognise it on start up and goes straight to game play. I have checked that the file has been downloaded which it has so any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers Billy

Thanks for the feedback . It does not have Insider unfortunately. I did format it to FAT32 and it's the same drive I used for a prior update on a TBL. It's in a folder so I will try it without a folder and maybe another USB to be sure - other option is to buy an Insider kit.
Don't know what the new codes bring but plays great.
Thanks again for your help guys

Another option if you have a SD card slot in your computer is to write a whole new SD card with an image from Stern's website.

Sterns are incredibly fussy about size and format of USB sticks. For a Spike 2 I'd try one that is 8 GB or perhaps 16 GB, definitely not any larger.
