Please understand autism

Small video, I was only diagnosed for my 40th.

The old lot seem to think I'm either a ****head or a savant.

Tried to take my life multiple times.

Given up on pinball and gone back to MTG at my LGS

(that is magic the gathering and local game store)

But seriously that vid explains why i'm odd

And this isn't a cry for help or anything like that. Dad's finally rebuilding his great grandads billiards table and i'm helping with that.

Just remember your words have meanings and maybe hurt.

Hey mate, fellow Autistic person here. I finally got diagnosed at 49, about 6 years ago, though I was pretty certain for a couple of decades before that.

I used to play MTG, went to FNM for a while, but I was just spending way too much money on it for a few hours of fun on a friday night (damn booster pack gambling!) and gave it up.

I haven't watched the video yet, but I'll give a look at work tonight probably, but it's always nice to see videos that show proper representations of autism, and helps to dispel myths.

I think most pinball enthusiasts have a bit of autism in them, it’s what attracts us to an expensive box of lights!
