Hi everyone,

Maybe a bit of an unusual request... however does anyone have a playfield box (Preferably with packaging) kicking around that they would be willing to part with? I want to be able to ship a bare PF and Ideally there's nothing better to ship one in than a box thats designed for the purpose - It'n not like I can pop into Aldi and pick up one that they have previously used!

When i say PF box... Standard size.

If you have, please let me know!

Thanks!

Don't have one, but sounds like something that could be kept as a site asset - you don't need one often, but when you do, they're dead handy. We used to have a long step ladder - someone on the estate FB group wanted to borrow one - let them have ours on the basis that they kept it. I suspect they'll do the same when someone else needs one.

Go to local Halfords or bike shop .. their skips are full of great large cardboard and packaging

Never thought to keep mine 😬 in retrospect seems like a good idea tho.

In the absence of a dedicated PF box, one form a telly might work, roughly the same proportions and they usually have chunky polystyrene to protect the vulnerable corners.

I sent a Funhouse playfield to someone on here a couple of years back. Wrapped it in bubble wrap then a few layers of thick cardboard.
It went via parcel force and got delivered quickly and intact.
