Plastic Panel Reproduction

Not pinball related, however it is more related probably to the Video Chaps on here...

I'm looking to get a plastic panel for a pusher reproduced. One side of mine is fine - the other is shredded around the locks, with big chunks missing!!
It's around 35-40cm long, by around 15cm high. 5-7mm thick.

Dont mind doing all the cutting of the new panel, however i need to find someone that might be able to repro the panel for me onto around 5-7mm perspex.

Anyone have any leads as to where i might be able to go to get this done???

Might be easier to get something made up like a translight film and fix that onto 5mm clear perspex.
Ask Poibug about getting a translight film done.
Will be a whole lot less hassel than printing onto perspex.
