Pins missing decals/stickers

A friend of mine bought a golden eye a few months back.Seems to have come from Germany originally.
It doesnt have any stickers on it at all.
Its not that they were removed but they were never there,No trace.
every sticker in this kit is missing!


Is this unusual or what?

I'd say yeah it's unusual

Possibly very early/proto/test machine ???? I know some machines were put on test sites sometimes with blank plastics/incomplete artwork.

Or someone had removed them all in prep for applying new ...and then never did ?? Or a balls up in production though be surprised nobody would notice that.

I was thinking proto too but everything else is stock afaik,
Theres no way they were removed,
I helped him stipp the PF the other day and there is 0 trace of any of them.No glue no dirt marks no anything!
Shabby QC must be the answer
