David and I have a room and plan to bring at least two pins.

Ha Ha. I'm not bringing a machine and haven't got a room so I guess bank holiday weekend away in the sun instead.

There's loads of room for enough tents to house everyone for the weekend. The hotel would just need to allow use of the showers and toilets in the gym for everyone to use.

No, they sold out before the standard ones.
Been a donor of circa 8 machines for over 10 years now (pre pinfest party days included) and this year is set to be no different.

Either someone has spread the uk donor quote around and its gone to their mates and mate's mate's etc or the hotel have allowed non doners, non staff or other non direct helpers to book their rooms before the announced day, meaning it sold out before the announced day.
