I have just come across this from Pinball Heaven, which is either new or I hadn’t come across before! so I thought I’d share just in case anyone else hadn't seen it.
In the past I have contacted Pinball heaven and Phil has helped me out, I’ve also had a board repair carried out from them, so can vouch for their excellant service.
They now have a selection of help articles, which share a bit of knowledge and point out a few common issues with some machines, might be worth a look if you have a STTNG or a SHADOW
