Pin2dmd connection

Hi all I'm just about to connect the pin2dmd I got to my south park machine,the adaptor that came with it for the power connects into j16 I on the board I gather do I need to connect the connector that was in j16 to the back of the adaptor as it doesn't seem to fit as one of the pin slots is blanked off.
I might having a stupid moment but I thought I would ask.

Hi Paul,nope I was putting it on right but one pin in the connector was blanked off so just took the blank off it and then it fitted to the pins on the adaptor.
