Hook in colour is great, well worth tracking a compatible colour DMD down. Colouring available for Pin2DMD and more recently ColorDMD for the big bucks

I might to order some PCBs and do it myself. Unfortunately its a bit more hassle than with WPC whe you just need controller, displays and £10 shield.
