my case is because its too hard for my 6 year old boy to get into( even though he loves GB movie, fast game and you need skill to nail those shots, thats all in my case.
Better players love it.
 
I love it and I'm definetly not a better player :-). Your right though, its not a game for casual players, you need to at least have some pinball skills to keep the ball in play on GB.

If that's the case I'm not sure that Iron Man is the best game to replace it with - it's brutal. I own a Vault Edition and have had quite a few games on GB and Iron Man is definitely harder.
