No there's a few things amiss with it,the spring and suspension are the main prob and bloody bonnet release
Typical ford issues. Had it a few times on the puma/focus - Springs snapping and swinging arms. Strangely enough on most it's cheaper to replace the arm then it takes in labour trying to replace the bushes....
Hope you get it sorted Dave, and they dont remove an arm and leg in the process...
