Not pinball but fruit machine related

i have an old Big Breakfast fruit machine that cuts out after a while,if left turned off for 15mins it comes back on again,i suspect the psu has a fault so took a look inside
The smaller of the blue capacitors has a bulge on the top,need to know where to get one?

ah revenge of the donut! (this transformer is the weak point on scorpion 2 fruit machines although battery leaking onto cpu board a common issue)
