Apologies to all who have signed up but I’ve taken the decision to postpone this until later in the year due to lack of sign ups (13) so far after a couple of drop outs. Am planning to hopefully move it to late October, will add another event nearer the time for it. Looks like it was a bad date plus many are not willing to travel far due to current petrol prices.
I would definitely have gone, but unfortunately it fell on my work weekend, and was unable to get a swap
Any chance of this being revived, putting my name into the hat to make up the numbers.

If it's at mine then it will be later October as I'm away earlier in the month. The flip frenzy format means all players get plenty of game time and little time stood around.

Travelodge South Shore Blackpool, opposite Arcade Club (**** pins) reachable. Shard Riverside Inn probably closest but likely pricier.
Further north may be better - quite enjoyed staying here for Play Expo https://www.theinglewoodhotel.com/ - also a few stayed here https://www.premierinn.com/gb/en/hotels/england/lancashire/blackpool/blackpool-bispham.html. Easy access to John's via Poulton

If you want a truly disgusting Blackpool experience. stay at the Norbreck. It’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
