NGG owners help please

Anyone know where this plastic goes?
It came unfitted, I assume it's somewhere near the gofers ramps, as mine keep whacking the upper playfield and setting off the golf cart switches.

Also is there only one small bolt holds the whole upper playfield in place?!

Thanks, PPS sell it as part of a full plastic kit, so guess it has to fit somewhere.

Looked everywhere and the closest that resembles it is in the pops on the top of one of the pop bumpers.
