New pinballs?

So thought I'd buy some new balls for my 3 pins but never knew there was such a choice. 1-1 16" carbon steel, 1-1 16" chrome steel, 1", 3/4", 15/16". Just thought it was a "one size fits all" Any recommendations would really help (still quite new to this)

If your machine has any magnets, you have to get carbon balls, chrome wont work. Otherwise, feel free to get the chrome, if you want your balls extra shiny and think that you will even notice after about 5 minutes of using them
