I'm after 2 shadow diverter crank arms mine have abit to much play from the holes elongating ect. Also after roll pins for both

Hey Rudi, be careful you are not making the same mistake as me, I think I may have mislead you on this. When I stripped mine down to repair the mounting bracket last week I noticed the wear in the end of the crank and as I told you by email I ' fixed ' this wear by welding a new piece in and drilling a new hole. However, the assembly would then not moved freely. It was a head slapping moment for me as I realised why straight away, there HAS to be an oversized or elongated hole there because the distance between the roll pin at one end of the crank and the pivot point of the crank arm changes as the arm rotates. I ended up elongating the new hole in my repaired arm with a dremel style tool. It was still better than it was originally though so was still worth doing. If the ends of your cranks are not completely trashed and about to wear right though I would leave them alone.

No mine are mangled someone had even put foam on the ramps because the diverters were hitting the ramps (prob why one had been rewelded). One isn't to bad but the other the hole is huge and mangled. My bad choice of words where as the hole should be a long elongated hole mine have a huge misshaped circle

How are your base brackets and coil stop brackets? I had one coil stop missing altogether and the main bracket broken at both ends. I fixed the main bracket up by bolting pieces of 8mm thick flat bar underneath the bracket and fixing the coil stops to that. As I couldn't get the right coil stop ( without ordering from Marcos ) I used a flipper coil stop with a bit of modification. The little coil stop nub was much longer than the original so I had to file it down a bit but intentionally left it a few mm longer than original to cut down on plunger travel. This is the best way to stop excess travel on the phurbas in my opinion, the one I fixed up doesn't hit the ramp at all now. I'm going to try restricting the travel on the other one too, something as simple as a small washer ( not too soft ) tack welded onto one of the coil stops should work.
