Anyone able to fix my main board on Pac-Man pinball please?

It’s only flashing 6 times instead of 7. Andy off here has tried to fix it but diagnosed it as gone.

The seventh flash can be that there is no 43v solenoid supply. The mpu won’t boot without it. So check for 43v solenoid voltage and if absent check the fuse.

Would reckon that it was @Andy B as he is from Ull as well and has posted a wanted ad for a pac-man board

It was indeed I that had a look at the MPU in Lee’s Mr & Mrs Pacman.

All voltages on power board and MPU checked out OK (including the 43v identified as a prime candidate for missing 7th LED flash in pinball Repair Guides).

Removed and reseated all connectors.

Moved on to removing and reseating chips and snapped a couple of legs off U7 and U8 chips in the process!

Once I’ve got replacements for those I will reinstall and have another crack and post update.
