Bought this from Tobin the importer extraordinaire earlier on in the year. I know very little about it or Inder the manufacturer, all I know is that it's beautiful and FILTHY!

I will hold my hands up and admit I only bought this because of the art and how much of a turn on its gonna be polishing up that plastic playfield! I did manage to play a little before it freaked out and burnt up a coil and the ramp shots are suuuuuper satisfying!

Anywho, here's some pictures of it before delving deeper (Please ignore the piles of Creech bits next to it) IMG_20200822_193911.jpgIMG_20200822_193925.jpgIMG_20200822_193943.jpgIMG_20200822_194016.jpgIMG_20200822_194030.jpgIMG_20200822_193954.jpg

The backbox has a neat little space ship attached to a bike chain and some other gubbins to make it orbit around our pointy-boobed, laser equipped, space angle.IMG_20200822_194007.jpgIMG_20200822_221910.jpgIMG_20200822_221919.jpg

Very interesting rollover switches and crazy weird lamp holders, a few interesting mechs but other than that she's pretty clean under the hoodIMG_20200822_221542.jpgIMG_20200822_221547.jpgIMG_20200822_221600.jpg

Let's start to strip this intergalactic badboy down! The playfield has a perspex cover over the whole thing to should clean up beautifully. Will be interesting to see how differently it plays to a typical wooden playfield. Man this game is filthy dirty! IMG_20200822_221721.jpg

A crazy weird mix of targets on this which I'm presuming isn't factory, but who knows. We also have a totally smashed up Jet bumper body. Not sure what to do about this as can't seem to find any Inder bumper bodies anywhere. IMG_20200822_221752.jpgIMG_20200822_221759.jpgIMG_20200822_221819.jpg

I couldn't help myself, I tried to resist but I couldn't, I just had to clean a patch! Man it was as good as I imagined - if not better!IMG_20200822_221733.jpg

More wotsits and dinglebobs removed from the playfield today and more dirt uncovered.IMG_20200823_205821.jpgIMG_20200823_205845.jpg

Initial clean and polish was even more satisfying that I thought it would be, will be doing another pass with Novus in the high wear areas that are still a little dull. IMG-20200823-WA0015.jpgIMG-20200823-WA0016.jpgIMG-20200823-WA0021.jpgIMG-20200823-WA0022.jpgIMG-20200823-WA0023.jpg

Bumper bodies are totally destroyed, I've found somewhere that sells the pink ones but they don't ship to the UK, so not sure what to do about that. A very interesting mech to operate the bumpers though, a unique skirt design and no spoon switch - annoying though as all of these parts seem to be unobtanium, and all the bumpers have at least 1 part broken so we will have to go on a part hunting adventure. Wish me luck!! IMG-20200823-WA0019.jpgIMG-20200823-WA0017.jpg

Those skirts you might be able to refashion by snipping the lower bit of a normal skirt. For the bodies, what country is the shop where you found the pink ones? f you had a friendly pinball person there, maybe you could ship to them and they ship on?

Great work, that playfield looks fabulous now it's been cleaned!

Regarding the pop bumpers, I'd buy 3 pink ones and not worry about finding one white body. Spill the beans, which country are the pink ones from?

Don’t forget if you turn the ceiling lights on full, you unlock the best toy on the game. The moonlight shadow.
