Monopoly money spinner error 91

Hi, newbie post.
Bought this fruit machine with this fault error 91.
Drove 100 miles to buy it and seller said ok the previous night, so left with a dilemma bought it at a reduced price.
Error 91 seems to be a stake key error I have dip switches I’ve tried various but same fault at start up.
Bought secondhand keys replaced both same error.
So I’m now thinking motherboard?
Anyone help on this please.

There’s a stake key that plugs into the main board... usually a 9 way d-type with a percentage internally... if I’m honest you’re probably better asking on one of the Facebook groups...

Yes that’s what I swapped to no avail.
