After seeing the Baywatch, Im dropping the price, although mine is all original boards, not the rotten dog ones lol. need some space, happy to just get back what it owes me, yeah not a high end machine, but great 1st pin or mancave filler. any thoughts?

hi, have i over priced this? seeing the pics and vid guys, what should i price at? dont want a trade as i need some space. thanks

Market pretty dead at the moment, Could be looking at 2.5k, 2k? Depends how quick you want a sale.

Bit dead is an understatement. Been collecting since 1993, never seen things so bad, not just pins, no one want to spend, saving i think of what's to come. I got a local guy popping over tomorrow to have a look. Need some space, Got about 37 ish arcade machines. I expect you right, 2.5 would mean i loose on the spent on pin. thanks for advice

I think it’s just the general cost of living at the moment, no money left over for toys these days :(

So 2.5k it is then, any less be better to break down for parts and use the wood to keep warm this winter with the way energy prices going! 😂 😂 🔥🔥 or just let someone borrow till Christmas time when markets better.

yeah, may well see if any friends want to borrow rather than store in a non warm room, wait till Christmas to sell?

I worked in an amusement dealer in the mid 90’s and I remember a lot of Mavericks going through but you just never see them up for sale.

Early 2000’s prices on pins were rock bottom, on 2 separate occasions I was given 10 year old games (in good condition) for free because the owners just wanted rid and couldn’t be bothered to make the effort to sell for the return they’d get.

Prices will always fluctuate it’s just that some people assumed they’d go up forever - this one does look in good condition for the money though,
just needs a buyer!

In my opinion, it was 94' on... when pins went cheap because of all the gaming consoles and video arcades.
Easier for arcades to maintain and less space.

In all my years, 59! Ive never know it so ****. But I have 37 arcade machines here, private collection, need space. As you see, all the boards etc mint, so really thinking I would get more by parting out? The cab could be used for a VP pin. Even some high end pc's and ms pro's i have arnt selling. no one is spending, Labour done this!

Cross check HP thread . People have money for certain stuff

Lower end machines returning to pre covid levels

Project f14 1200 ish
Sorry looking DW under 1k but it was a 2k game for a long time
Ok looking hi deal em over 900. Some Charlie wanted a cheaper Kong lol

If Steve doesn't mind my doing so;

Read about JJP's new Harry Potter, some can find the money for a 'dream theme'

But older machines are dropping away;

A Williams F-14 in project condition for app. £1,200

A rough Dr. Who at under £1,000 whereas it would've been twice that for quite a while

A decent Bally Hi-Deal electro-mechanical (1975, I think) at £900. It features King Kong/Empire State Building on the backglass, hence the reference.
