Due to some overzealous purchasing recently
I've got to get rid of something. Sorry Mel, but it looks like it might be you.
I bought this Maverick from Ebay a few months back. Apart from some minor faults it actually turned out to be a decent buy in the end.
The cab is in nice condition. No notable chunks out or major scrapes. The playfield is very nice. I can't find any wear on it. The game is complete and plays fine.
As already mentioned, this came from Ebay and. as such, had the usual selection of faults along with it. I have fixed all of the minor issues with it except for 1 switch error which I didn't get around too. Truth be told, it's in an annoying place and I just kept putting it off and putting it off. (And it doesn't seem to really affect the game as there is another switch directly next to it.) Now that the machine has been demoted to the garage I have not touched it since. It's an optical switch and I'm pretty sure it just need adjusting slightly. But it will involve removing the wireform etc etc.
There is also 1 vertical line out on the DMD. Apart from that, there is nothing to report and everything is working as it should.
I did plan on rebuilding the flippers and doing a mini shop etc as I think the game would benefit from it. But now I just need it gone really. I've got 2 machines incoming and I haven't even got room for what I already have let alone another 2.
With all this in mind, I have decided to price it to sell quick (hopefully) at £750. This is actually a fair bit less than I paid for it but, I could do with it gone quite quickly and Martin is coming to mine on Wednesday so somebody might want to take advantage of that and get him to pick it up whilst he is here.
Failing that, it's probably off to the dreaded Ebay.
I just took a couple of pics really quickly but get some better ones for anyone interested.

Cheers
Dean
