The scoop in my roadshow used to kick the ball straight out of the scoop onto the right flipper where it would sit.
I just gave the game its first strip down, clean and rerubber its ever had and now its lightning fast but when the ball kicks out it bounces off the right flipper and SDTM!

Now I can handle it but I dont think my guests will considering how many time the ball goes into that scoop!
Whats the best way to weaken it?
Thanks

Good point.
I'd be fairly sure that it is right tho.
I think this game was opened in 1994 and the glass not taking off until I bought it a month ago!

I notice in my Hook settings you can adjust coil strength depending on slight variations to your local voltage - but I guess this adjusts them all.

You probably need to tweak how the plunger (up kicking rod) connects with the ball in the scoop to fire it out; by moving it either closer or further away or slightly offset to how it strikes the ball.
