Sold LOTR £3600 or Trade

My mate has just asked me to put this up for sale/trade again as he is not enjoying it and spends nearly all his time on SM.
It is believed to be HUO and would say condition reflects this. He bought it off a guy in Gloucester who got it from Jvengeplunger (or something like that) who had it NIB.
He would preferably like to have a trade for another good modern Stern and is prepared to add cash for the right deal. If not he would sell to fund another purchase. Following the recent ones on eBay he is asking £3999 Ono.
Will sort out pictures over the weekend.

No trades on offer at the moment and had a word to my mate tonight about the price. He has agreed to drop the price on my suggestion to £3600 which is in my opinion what it's worth as it's in great condition.
If no interest it will go on the dreaded eBay.

It's worth noting there's one on eBay for £3395 looking for offers. £3-3200 seems to be the price these days
 
Another one before Xmas in good nick was dropped a few times down to something like £2650. The current one on eBay at £3999 has been re-listed every week at that price for several weeks.
 
Condition, condition, condition :)

The one currently on eBay is from a well renowned seller of poor machines imported from Europe.

If It was an ex routed machine then high 2k low 3k is about right.

Yup a pointless venture and I can't understand why anyone would bother doing this.
 
I think £3200-£3300 is plenty for a HUO LOTR, unfortunately I fancy one without the skill posts otherwise I would consider making an offer, what is it with Stern ramp flaps, that company really needs to improve its build quality, I have 21 year old BALLY WMS without a mark on the ramps, the spidey I just parted with had the same flap issue.
