Sold Lord of the Rings £3300

LOTR for sale that is at the club - has colour DMD and Comet LEDs. Is the skill post version and a little wear around the flipper buttons.

Plays really nicely though and I wouldn’t be moving it on other than the fact I have 6 games more than I have space for.

Martin at the club on Thursday.

I make that 2 minutes from initial post to sale - James did you know it was going to be listed before it was, or do you keep a vigil on new threads on here?

If I knew @wilbers that’d be the weirdest thing ever. Yeah @Neil McRae ill have it, but post it on the forum first, that’ll show em, that’ll show em all.

Anyway, no saying I got it. Here’s hoping the buyer didn’t cash in...
 
Needless to say anyone else out there want to part with their LOTR with ColourDMD at this price I’m your man, only then are you allowed to goto the the nearest mental hospital for treatment :rofl:
 
Kudos to you Neil for passing on a great game for a great price including a colourdmd! I hope whoever is the lucky new owner they sell it on in the future for the same when they are bored with it and not just put some mirror blades in it and a clean and suddenly it’s 4K+

Very decent of you Neil, such a good community. You could easily have got loads more on here and even more on ebay. 👏👏

With Comets & Colour DMD it just needs a wax. . . . basically an already upgraded machine at a great price and one of my favourites.

Colour DMD adds £300 at least to any sale, was certainly a bargain, same as I sold mine for 3years ago (which didn't have colour DMD)
 
I agree both ways it was kinda bang on the money but the bonus was the ColourDMD which I assume is not a pin2dmd.
I left a ColourDMD in my TZ for an extra £300 only a few weeks ago.
However I think a non skill post version may indeed see that extra 1k justified
 
I can't remember seeing one go for less than 3.5 without Color DMD, definitely a bargain IMO.
