I wondered what the title meant for a moment..
As I understand it, the variant with starlet Lola was the domestic yankee production; objection from abnorma jean's estate persuaded Williams to produce this alternative for the usa. At least some of these ended up being exported in any case, at work we had one of each. The Lola example had the u.s FCC compliance sticker cancelled on the back of the cabinet. This one ended up a hybrid when the software chips were damaged, and I copied the chips from the ordinary export one. It couldn't have been often that an e-prom copier was used in a boozer.

First runs came to Europe as usual so probably majority in Europe were Marilyn versions

The screened backglass was for the rear-view mirror, I take it. Rather than a block added to the wooden insert, with a bit of mirrored glass attached.
