Less places to play Pinball with Brewdog now shutting 10 sites

Just seen the Shepherds Bush one is going 😢

Commercially running ga pin must be all but impossible nowadays. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had any coins on me.

Most operators now fit card readers, the reader about £400 or they use pay to play cards.

The real issue from my limited exposure they don't take very much, operating a pin is a labour of love. Good players and people who love pins tend to be fairly good so £2 can last an hour. Considering the cost to buy them there not economical to run, there more of an attraction. There also can be pain on site, except the modern stern spike 2. Went recently to a local place two out of the three machines where unplayable.
