Sanctuary Gaming Centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield will be running a league from the start of October, we are new to the world of pinball events so any advice and support going forward would be most welcome.
Hello guys, come and join in our weekly pinball league.
This is a social and casual league for people with an interest in pinball and of all abilities.
The league will run for 10 weeks, league games can be played on Thursday evenings or Sundays during the day. This is simply in case people can't make one of the days.
Players may only register scores from one of these days per week.
For your scores to count, you must register a minimum of 5 weeks worth of scores.
To enter, players must pay £5.00 per visit. Players will get 2 hours to practice, practice starts at 6pm on Thursdays and 11.30am on Sundays.
After 2 hours practice players will get one game on each of our machines, Stranger Things, Avengers and Ninja Turtles.
How do the scores work?
Your score is recorded and verified and then ranked against all other players with the top score getting the same number of points as the number of players and then each player one less point so that last gets one. Eg for 20 players, 1st gets 20 machine points, 2nd 19, 3rd 18 etc and 20th 1. The total number of machine points you got on all machines is then totalled and ranked against all other players. League points are then awarded to the top players.
These league points from each of the meets are added together to form the basis of the overall result for the league.
League standings will be updated and publish each Sunday evening.
There will be prizes awarded once the league has concluded, after a short break the league will start once again.
