I need help with a 1st generation Laser War. Turned on Laser War to just loud buzz from left side speaker and no game sounds. This has an older DE-0288-1 sound card. Checked for correct voltages at CN 4 connector of +5, +12, -12 volts, all good. Checked for -5 volts at the capacitor C49 and only have -1.3 volts. Replaced Cap at C49 and Voltage Regulator at VR1 to no avail. Not sure where to go next. Any help is greatly appreciated.
