Jumper query on wpc board.

Just noticed that on some boards W3 is in and R93 is missing. Then on other boards W3 is missing and R93 is installed.
What’s the difference if any please. Ken

I believe the jumper s are there to define 8 meg and 16 meg roms early games non dmd like bop and fh with alphanumeric and later dmd games
