Crank ramp flashers not flashing just constant light that's almost blinding and melting plastic , anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? Cheers

Wouldn't be confident to , but I've got a friend who could do it
Just to correct my previous reply, Q17 is actually on the CPU board.
